We’re pleased to welcome Alexander Polykarpov, PhD, as our new Director of Polymer Synthesis. Dr. Polykarpov will be responsible for our polymer synthesis efforts—leading the development of hybrid, crosslinked and homopolymers based on our patented methylene malonate technology.
Dr. Polykarpov brings more than 25 years of polymer science experience to our team. Most recently, he was the Polymer Lab Manager at AkzoNobel Coatings Inc., where he led a research team developing new polymer platforms for can and coil coatings.
Dr. Polykarpov holds a PhD in Organic Photochemistry from Bowling Green State University, and his research portfolio includes seven issued patents.
